The union has confirmed that Conciliator Rick Rose will file his report with the Minister of Labour on July 7, 2026, confirming that Nova Scotia Power and IBEW Local 1928 have reached an impasse in collective bargaining.

The filing of the report will trigger the 14-day cooling-off period outlined in the Nova Scotia Trade Union Act.

The union will continue to provide updates as they become available. Please share this information with others.
