At a press conference this morning (10:30 am) at the Delta Halifax, Ray Larkin, Q.C.; Rick Clarke, President of the Nova Scotia Federation of Labour; and Jeff Richardson, Business Manager IBEW Local 1928, will debate the merits of Nova Scotia Power's plan to outsource work.
